FAQs

Is there any ATM in Pu Luong?

There are no ATMs in the immediate Pu Luong area. The nearest bank is about 15 – 20km away in Canh Nang town. We recommend bringing enough VND cash for local markets and small village purchases.

What forms of payment do you accept at the resort?

We accept cash (VND), major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfers. Please note that credit card transactions may incur a small bank processing fee.

Do the resort staff speak foreign languages?

Our management and reception teams speak English fluently and are always available to help. However, most of our local ethnic staff have limited English skills. They are incredibly warm and eager to assist, so we encourage you to use Google Translate for seamless communication.

Is there Wi-Fi and mobile signal at the resort?

We offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. As we are in a nature reserve, the connection can occasionally be affected by weather, but 4G coverage (Viettel/Vinaphone) is generally quite stable.

Do you offer laundry services?

Yes, we provide a basic laundry service. Simply place your clothes into the white laundry bag provided in your room and leave it with the reception desk. Your items will be returned to you fresh and clean.

Can the kitchen accommodate special dietary requirements?

Absolutely. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or have specific allergies, please let us know. Our chefs are happy to adapt traditional Thai flavors to suit your needs

Is Pu Luong Natura a pet-friendly resort?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow pets at the hotel. You may occasionally see friendly animals belonging to our neighbors near the property, but they are not guests’ pets.

Are there mosquitoes or bugs? Should I bring repellent?

Yes, you definitely should. Because Pu Luong Natura is nestled right in the heart of a nature reserve and surrounded by natural elements, encountering mosquitoes and the occasional friendly bug is simply part of the tropical highland environment -especially in the evenings or after a rain shower. While all our beds are equipped with traditional mosquito nets to ensure you have a peaceful night’s sleep, we highly recommend packing your preferred insect repellent and light, long-sleeved clothing for your outdoor explorations and evening meals.
